Two-Piece Top Rail System

The top rail consists of two pieces. The Top Back Rail screws to the bottom edge of the mobile home, and the Top Front Rail locks securely into the Top Back Rail.

Once the two rails are locked together, they create a pocket approximately 4 inches deep. This allows extra room for the top of the skirting panels, so your panel cuts do not have to be perfectly exact and helps make installation easier.

Bottom Rail

The Bottom Rail is a one-piece rail that installs along the ground and holds the bottom of the skirting panels securely in place. The included 7-1/2" steel spikes are used to anchor the Bottom Rail to the ground.

Great for New Installations or Replacement

This complete trim package is ideal for installing new vinyl skirting or replacing worn or damaged skirting rails around a mobile or manufactured home.
