Local Delivery

STANDARD LOCAL DELIVERY ITEMS-DELIVERY AND RETURN POLICIES

Standard local delivery items are any stock items that are delivered locally by our truck that are NOT labeled SPECIAL ORDER.

Drop-off delivery is available on qualifying orders within 75 miles of our warehouse

Local delivery availability and pricing may depend on distance, order size, item type, and delivery difficulty. Large or high-value items will require delivery appointment confirmation before fulfillment. Local delivery is drop-off only. Delivery does not include installation, removal of old materials, long carries, inside placement, assembly, or disposal.

The paying cardholder must be present at the scheduled delivery for high-value deliveries. We will require delivery confirmation, signature, and photo ID at the time of delivery

ALL LOCAL DELIVERY ORDERS WILL NEED TO INSPECTED FOR DAMAGE AND CORRECT QUANTITIES AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY. AFTER THE ORDER IS ACCEPTED AND SIGNED FOR AS COMPLETE AND IN GOOD CONDITION ANY DAMAGE OR SHORTAGES WILL BE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER. 

Customers are responsible for providing a safe and accessible delivery location. 

ALL REFUNDS MUST BE APPROVED BY ADVANTAGE MOBILE HOME SUPPLY BEFORE ANY STANDARD LOCAL DELIVERY ITEMS ARE SENT BACK

ANY RETURNS ON STANDARD LOCAL DELIVERY ITEMS WILL BE DONE BY OUR TRUCK AND WILL BE SUBJECT TO A 20% RESTOCKING FEE AND THE SAME  DELIVERY CHARGES AS THE  ORIGINAL DELIVERY WILL BE APPLIED AS A PICK UP CHARGE.

DELIVERY CHARGES AND PICK UP CHARGES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE ON STANDARD LOCAL DELIVERIES

ALL ITEMS MUST BE IN THEIR CLEAN, ORIGINAL RESELLABLE CONDITION.UNUSED AND NEVER INSTALLED AND IN THEIR ORIGINAL UNOPENED PACKAGING TO BE CONSIDERED FOR REFUND.

THE CUSTOMER MAY BE REQUIRED TO SEND TO ADVANTAGE MOBILE HOME SUPPLY CURRENT PHOTOS OF ANY PRODUCT BEING RETURNED BEFORE ANY RETURNS ARE STARTED.

Special-Order Local-Delivery Items – Delivery and Return Policy

WE OFFER EXTREMELY LOW PRICES ON ALL SPECIAL ORDER LOCAL-DELIVERY ITEMS THAT ARE TYPICALLY MUCH LOWER THAN WHAT YOU WILL.PAY AT A SUPPLY STORE. WE ARE ABLE TO OFFER THESE PRICES BECAUSE WE ORDER THESE PRODUCTS IN WHEN YOU ORDER THEM FROM US AND THEN WE DELIVER THEM TO YOU WITH OUR TRUCK. ALL THIS EQUALS LOW OVERHEAD PRICING AND THE SAVINGS ARE PASSED ON TO YOU. IN ORDER TO KEEP PRICES THIS LOW, CERTAIN RULES NEED TO BE APPLIED TO ALL OF THESE ORDERS.

We are happy to help you verify that you are ordering the correct size, type, and specifications for your Special-Order Local-Delivery Items. We can provide photos, measurements, specifications, and measuring guides to help you make your selection. However, the customer is ultimately responsible for determining and ordering the correct products and materials for their particular application. 

For doors and windows, we will provide photos, exact sizes, specifications, and measuring guides upon request.

Below.are some measuring tips on how to properly measure  and order Mobile Home Doors and Windows.

MOBILE HOME-TYPE DOORS are  MEASURED DIFFERENTLY FROM STANDARD HOUSE-TYPE DOORS. They are ordered by their call size, which is usually very close to their ROUGH-OPENING MEASUREMENTS. ROUGH OPENINGS ARE NOT THE SIZE OF THE ACTUAL DOOR OR THE OPENING THE DOOR SHUTS INTO, THEY ARE YOUR STUD TO STUD MEASUREMENTS THAT THE PRE-HUNG DOOR AND IT'S FRAME FIT INTO AND MUST BE OBTAINED FROM THE INTERIOR OF YOUR MOBILE HOME.

COMBINATION DOORS

COMBINATION DOORS  are a two door set up consisting of an inswinging main door and an outswinging storm door. They HAVE A 5/8" THICK WOOD CASING THAT THE MAIN DOOR AND THE STORM DOOR ARE PRE-HUNG ONTO THAT WILL BE REMOVED WHEN THE DOOR IS REPLACED. THEY ALSO HAVE A BUILT IN ALUMINUM THRESHOLD THAT WILL ALSO COME OUT WHEN THE DOOR IS  BEING REPLACED. THE OPENING THAT ALL OF THIS FITS INTO IS YOUR ROUGH OPENING. YOUR ROUGH-OPENING measurements are hard to get when the current door is still installed due to interior trim getting in the way. We recommend either removing your interior trim down to the studs, OR UNINSTALLING YOUR CURRENT DOOR and pre-hung frame so that you can see your true STUD TO STUD ROUGH OPENING MEASUREMENTS. These are the only two ways you can correctly measure your rough opening size.You must also determine the thickness of your walls when ordering a combination door. If the walls of your mobile home are constucted out of 2"× 4" studs you will need a 4" jamb door. If your mobile home walls are constucted out of 2" x 6" studs, you will need a 6" jamb door. You can NOT MEASURE A MOBILE HOME DOOR FROM THE OUTSIDE AND GET THE CORRECT MEASUREMENTS. Please contact us for help on getting the right measurements for your order.

TO ORDER THE CORRECT HINGE FOR YOUR COMBINATION DOOR,  FROM THE OUTSIDE OF YOUR HOME DETERMINE IF THE HINGES OF BOTH THE MAIN DOOR AND THE STORM DOOR ARE ON THE LEFT SIDE OR RIGHT SIDE.  IF THEY ARE ON THE LEFT SIDE, THIS IS CONSIDERED A LEFT- HAND DOOR. IF THEY ARE ON THE RIGHT SIDE, THIS IS CONSIDERED A RIGHT-HAND DOOR. THIS IS DIFFERENT FROM A STANDARD CARPENTERS TECHNIQUE.

OUT-SWING DOORS

Out-swing doors are a single door that swings to the outside of a mobile home. They are pre-hung onto an aluminum frame that is between 1-5/8" and 1-3/4" thick. They are ordered by their call size which is very close to their rough opening measurements. The rough opening is NOT the door size or the opening size the door shuts into.It is the stud to stud size that the pre-hung door and it's frame fit into. You must obtain this measurement from the interior of the mobile home. These measurements are hard to obtain due to interior trim getting in the way. We recommend removing the interior trim down to the studs so that you can see the the true STUD TO STUD rough opening size. You can also remove the door and it's pre-hung frame, measure the rough opening, and then reinstall the old door until you are ready to install your new door. These are the only two ways that you can correctly measure your rough opening size. You can NOT measure from the outside of your mobile home and get the correct measurements. 

TO ORDER THE CORRECT HINGE OF YOUR OUTSWING DOOR, FROM THE OUTSIDE OF YOUR MOBILE HOME DETERMINE IF YOUR HINGES ARE ON THE LEFT OR ON THE RIGHT SIDE. IF THEY ARE ON THE LEFT SIDE, THIS IS CONSIDERED A LEFT HAND DOOR. IF THEY ARE ON THE RIGHT SIDE THIS IS CONSIDERED A RIGHT HAND DOOR. THIS IS DIFFERENT FROM A STANDARD CARPENTERS TECHNIQUE. 

SINGLE PANE AND DOUBLE PANE MOBILE HOME TYPE WINDOWS

SINGLE-PANE AND DOUBLE-PANE MOBILE HOME-TYPE WINDOWS ARE ORDERED BY THEIR CALL SIZE, WHICH IS VERY CLOSE TO THEIR ROUGH OPENING MEASUREMENTS. ROUGH OPENING MEASUREMENTS ARE OBTAINED FROM THE INTERIOR OF YOUR MOBILE HOME AND ARE THE STUD TO STUD OPENING SIZE MEASUREMENTS THAT YOUR WINDOW FITS INTO. THESE MEASUREMENTS ARE HARD TO GET ON CURRENTY INSTALLED WINDOWS DUE TO INTERIOR TRIM GETTING IN THE WAY. WE RECOMMEND THAT YOU UNINSTALL YOUR CURRENT WINDOWS, MEASURE THE ROUGH OPENING, AND THEN  REINSTALL THEM WHILE WAITING FOR YOUR NEW WINDOWS. THE OTHER OPTION IS TO REMOVE ALL OF YOUR INTERIOR TRIM  DOWN TO THE STUDS SO YOU CAN SEE YOUR TRUE ROUGH OPENING SIZES. THESE ARE THE ONLY TWO WAYS TO GET A CORRECT ROUGH OPENING MEASUREMENT. YOU CAN NOT MEASURE A WINDOW FROM THE OUTSIDE AND GET THE CORRECT SIZES.

For tubs, showers, and wall systems, we can provide photos, exact dimensions, and specifications upon request. Please measure the Width, Height, and Depth of all Tub and Shower Units before ordering.

For steps and handrails, we will provide photos and measurements including step size, height, overall depth, platform depth, and other available specifications upon request. Handrails are designed to fit the steps we sell. Please measure for your steps by determining the height, width, and depth of your desired area, allowing for door clearance if your door swings outward.

For air conditioners, WE ONLY SELL MOBILE HOME TYPE PACKAGE UNITS. WE DO NOT SELL SPLIT UNITS. We can provide available unit dimensions and specifications; however, the customer is responsible for determining the proper size, Tonnage, and type of unit needed. We strongly recommend consulting a qualified HVAC technician before ordering.

For aluminum products, including materials for screen rooms and patio covers, we can provide photos, dimensions, diagrams, and information on the main components to help you plan your project. However, we cannot design or engineer your project or guarantee that the materials you order will be correct for your particular application. IF YOU ARE NOT VERY FAMILIAR WITH ALL.OF THESE PRODUCTS, We recommend using a qualified local engineer or contractor to ensure your project meets applicable local building codes before ordering.

 ALL SPECIAL-ORDER LOCAL-DELIVERY ITEMS MUST BE CHECKED FOR ACCURACY BY THE CUSTOMER BEFORE THE ORDER IS PROCESSED. AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY ALL PRODUCTS MUST BE INSPECTED FOR DAMAGE AND FOR CORRECT QUANTITIES  BY THE PAYING CUSTOMER. AFTER THE ORDER  IS  ACCEPTED AS COMPLETE AND IN GOOD CONDITION IT MUST BE SIGNED FOR. AT THAT POINT THE ORDER IS CONSIDERED COMPLETE AND ANY DAMAGE OR SHORTAGES ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER. 

All special-order local-delivery items are NON-RETURNABLE unless prior arrangements have been made with Advantage Mobile Home Supply. IF YOU CANCEL YOUR ORDER BEFORE IT IS SHIPPED,  AND WE ACCEPT YOUR CANCELATION YOU WILL BE CHARGED A 20% RESTOCKING FEE DUE TO US ORDERING THE ITEMS IN FOR YOU. IF YOU REFUSE YOUR ORDER AT THE DELIVERY SIGHT YOU WILL BE CHARGED A 20% RESTOCKING FEE PLUS THE AGREED UPON DELIVERY FEE.
