Local Delivery Payment & Identification Requirements

For the protection of both the customer and our business, the following requirements apply to all locally delivered air conditioners:

  1. The purchaser must be personally present at the delivery location. The person who purchased the air conditioner must be on site when the delivery is made.
  2. A valid government-issued photo ID is required. The purchaser must present a valid driver's license or other government-issued photo identification at the time of delivery.
  3. The payment card must match the purchaser's ID. The credit or debit card used for payment must be in the purchaser's name, and the name must match the name shown on the purchaser's photo ID.
  4. Payment must be completed and approved before the air conditioner is unloaded. Card payments will be processed in person at the delivery location. Merchandise will remain on the delivery vehicle until payment has been successfully approved.
  5. The purchaser must acknowledge receipt of the air conditioner. At delivery, the purchaser may be required to sign a delivery receipt confirming that the air conditioner was received. The model number, serial number, delivery date, and delivery location may also be documented.

These requirements are designed to help protect our customers and prevent unauthorized or fraudulent purchases. Please make sure the purchaser and required identification are available at the time of delivery.
