3-Inch Riser Aluminum Roof Pans

Strong, Durable, and Versatile Roofing for Screen Rooms, Patio Covers, and Carports

Our 3-inch riser aluminum roof pans are commonly used throughout Florida and other Southern states for building screen rooms, patio covers, carports, and a variety of other aluminum structures.

These heavy-duty aluminum roof pans are designed for strength and durability, allowing them to span long distances between supports. Certain .024-gauge aluminum roof pans can span up to 12 feet in some applications, depending on the design and installation requirements.

Important: Always check your local building codes and engineered specifications to determine the proper span capabilities, support requirements, and approved installation methods for your particular project.

Features and Available Options

• Interlocking Design: Each roof pan interlocks with the next to create a continuous roofing system.
• Panel Width: Approximately 12 inches (1 foot) wide per panel.
• Available Lengths: Offered in a wide variety of common lengths, and custom lengths are available to accommodate different projects.
• Aluminum Thicknesses: Available in different aluminum thicknesses to meet various structural requirements.
• Riser Heights:These aluminum roof pans are 3" riser height. Please verify before ordering that this is the proper riser height for your project. 
• Colors and Textures:These aluminum roof pans are smooth textured. Woodgrain texture is also available. Please be sure that your roof pans are smooth texture before ordering. Roof panels are NOT RETURNABLE. 
• 5-Rib or 2-Rib Designs: Available with either 5 or 2 visible ribs (lines) on the underside of the roof pans, depending on the style selected.

Installation and Finishing Options

These aluminum roof pans are typically folded or closed on one end, where they attach to the existing structure typically using a 3-inch extruded aluminum header, which is sold separately.

The opposite end is typically left open, allowing rainwater, leaves, and debris to wash out through the ends of the pans.

For a more finished appearance, Roll-form aluminum gutters can be installed along the open ends to collect and direct rainwater. Roll-form aluminum valance can also be installed along the exposed sides for a clean, professional-looking finish.

Headers, gutters, valance, and other aluminum accessories are available separately.

We deliver orders directly with our truck, and our staff handles your materials from the time they are packed until they arrive at your location. We normally deliver throughout Central Florida, and larger orders may qualify for farther delivery locations.
