Order Verification / Fraud Prevention Policy

To protect our customers and business from payment fraud, some orders may require verification before fulfillment.

Orders may be reviewed if they are high-value, unusual, expedited, shipping to a different name or address, missing required contact information, or flagged as suspicious by our payment processor or fraud-prevention tools.

We may contact the customer by phone or email to confirm order details, delivery information, billing/shipping information, or other details needed to safely fulfill the order.

Expedited shipping times begin after order approval and processing. A paid expedited shipping option does not guarantee same-day shipment if the order requires review.

High-value orders may require signature confirmation, delivery confirmation, local delivery verification, or shipment to a verified address.

Orders that cannot be verified, appear suspicious, or present an elevated fraud risk may be canceled and refunded before fulfillment.
